It’s time to organize the 2013 Fall Cranberry League travel season.
We will have a 9 week schedule playing on the following Saturdays:
September 7, 14, 21, 28, October 5, 12, 19, 26, November 2
Age Groups for fall 2013 (and spring 2014 ) are as follows:
Under 14 – Born on or after August 1, 1999
Under 13 – Born on or after August 1, 2000
Under 12 – Born on or after August 1, 2001
Under 11 – Born on or after August 1, 2002
Under 10 – Born on or after August 1, 2003
Please send the following information to Dick Warren via email at email@example.com:
Number of teams in each age/gender including number of select and/or level teams.
Number of games your fields can accommodate in each format(11v11 and 8v8) on each Saturday.
Any dates a team should not be scheduled; i.e. Columbus weekend, late entry into the schedule, etc.
Name, email address, and telephone number for Town/Association/Age-Group contact people.
Name, email address, and telephone number for each coach/team-contact-person by team gender, age, and number.
The following guidelines are given to allow the schedule to be published in a timely manner.
July 12: Declare interest and name your Association Coordinator by July 12.
Name, telephone number, email address, and name of organization.
This person should be a board member or appointed by your board to represent the organization.
July 31: Declare number of teams and placement by July 31.
Teams should be declared Division 1 or Division 2 as the case may be.
August 1: Register players, coaches, and administrators with Mass Youth Soccer for 2013-2014 on August 1.
August 12: Declare final team placement and field availability by August 12.
Include name, telephone number, and email address to contact for each team and/or age group.
The Association Coordinator will be the default contact wherever contact information is missing.
Each association is expected to have field space to accommodate at least 50% of their games.
An association unable to provide sufficient fields for each age group entered risks being denied entry into the schedule for that age group. IF accepted, additional scheduler fees may be assessed and the association will compensate hosts designated by the scheduler for referee fees.
A nominal fee will be incurred by each team submitted for late entry into the schedule.
Teams submitted after August 12 will incur a late fee IF accepted.
An association withdrawing a team after August 12 will incur a penalty fee for each schedule affected.
